The
quality of our service is of utmost importance to us and we go to great
lengths to ensure our invoicing practices are of the greatest
integrity. We at Direct Care Pty Ltd. are keen to assure you that
we strive for the best possible work practices. Our standard
operating procedure regarding timesheets requires that an original signed
timesheet is received and acknowledged into our pay office before an
invoice for client services is issued. Hence, you can be assured
that an invoice cannot be generated until the client's signature is
recorded and checked, by our pay office. The timesheets are
retained for further reference.
Should a
client be unable to sign for any reason then a written note must be added
to the bottom of the timesheet explaining why the client is unable to
sign. If there is a primary carer or family member in the household you
should ask them to sign on the client's behalf.
